The next scheduled meeting of TSAPA will be held on Monday, April 7 at 7:00 pm at the Appalachian Fairgrounds in Gray.  As this will be our last meeting before the show, we encourage all members to attend. 

Board meeting will be held at 6:00 pm prior to the membership meeting.

All ads need to be turned in at the April 7th meeting.  Be sure everything for the ad is correct before it is sent to be printed.

We will meet at the fairgrounds on Tuesday, April 22 at 6:00 to stuff the exhibitor bags.  you can also start bringing your exhibits in at that time.  Exhibits for the Quilt and Needlework show should be brought in on Thursday.

Harlan Wilson Tire will be at the show this year.  If anyone needs John Deere parts or a certain type of tire, you can call and let them know and they will bring it.  Their phone number is:  740-625-6894.

daniel Boone High School FFA Alumni Association will be having something to entertain the kiddies at our show.  We aren't sure what they are planning, but know it will be fantastic.

Thanks to Wayne Gilliam, the club now has a pedal tractor to go with our sled.  The tractor is a Ford, and was donated by Cox Tractor Co. of Kingsport which is a New Holland dealer.

Scott Rutledge has volunteered to take care of the kiddie pedal tractor pull and races.

The Show Directory books are here and will be for sale at the membership trailer during the show.  The price will be $12.00.  We will also have the John Deere Show t-shirts and sweatshirts.  Club caps, tote bags, calendars, and a few of last year's shirts will also be available.

Unless you are a lifetime member, or the expiration date on your newsletter label is 2009, you will need to pay your membership dues in April.  You can stop by the membership trailer anytime during the show and pay them.

Ann and Brenda still need some help at the admission gates.  Check with them and see when will be the best time for you to work.
